Discovery starts from $1,490 per workflow — a structured workshop with your implementation stakeholders. Design, Build and Run are scoped and quoted after Discovery is complete, so you see the commercial case before committing to anything further.
How long does it take to build one workflow?
A single well-scoped workflow typically ships in one to two weeks from the start of the Build phase. Discovery takes about one week. If someone is quoting you six months, they're probably bundling three workflows together.
Do I need a technical team to run this?
No. A growing business can run AI Agent workflows with one operations owner and a build partner — that's us. You need a clear process, clean inputs, and someone accountable for monitoring the output. We handle the technical layer.
Do Discovery fees come off the build price?
